Exchange unbundled - getting from sky connect to max

      Hi there,

Ive been on Sky Connect for about 2-3 weeks now. I got an email from Samknows saying that the exchange, waterloo, has been unbundled by Easynet.

What is the process to move over to the max package. I haven't yet heard anything from Sky.

Quite pleased as i was expecting to be on the connect package for a few months as the easynet unbundling wasnt due to happen until next year.

Any one else had any similar experiences?

      Thanks

      Hi Fox

When an exchange is unbundled, there is no guarantee that you will be moved from Connect to LLU, it will happen, but when they are ready.

Unfortunatley no one has reported the length of time from Connect to Max, etc as we don't believe this has happened so far.

I am afraid it is a case of waiting, when they are ready to transfer you, they will.

      @ Fox

It may do, but you are already on Connect, you have to wait for them to change you over, but keep us informed!

Spoke to sky today. They said it will be done automatically and i will be notified and moved over to the mid package.

said their support normally use sam knows to move people over to Sky's own packages but it isnt always accurate. Didnt say how long it would be.
