Question though - if my migration order goes into the system say Friday for Sky or Be Internet, will the Cease that Pipex will be submitting around the 5/6th Decemeber completely derail it or will the migration being first take precedence?

      UPDATE:

Still no movement on the order - cancelled my Pipex migration last weekend till Sky sort the damn thing out. The latest story is that a 'Pre-activation cancellation problem' takes 30-45 to clear up (not the 3-4 days nor the utter maximum of 10 days I have been previously told) so Dec 17th onwards is when he thinks it will be sorted. FFS, how long does it take to just cancel an order and restart?

      Re: Sky/Pipex migration problem

Still no closer to getting out of Pre-active cancel - been escalated a million times, moaned at every CS rep but because I can't speak to the actual department, its just utterly pointless.
