      Sites suddenly not loading

Hope someone can help as i can't seem to get the problem fixed

Basically i use two sites which, up until Saturday were working just fine, then all of a sudden every time I load up the page and enter my username and password I get the 404 Not Found

      nginx

error message on both sites which are virgingames.com and jackpotjoy.com

      I've rebooted my rooter
      i've cleared cache
      I've used different browsers
i've used a Mac and ive used a Word laptop
i've used ethernet and wireless (lap top)

      all the same result...

other sites like Facebook, Youtube and Google all load with no issues

For some reason Virgin and Jackpot sites are not loading and i just can't seem to get into them

the sites are up and running but every time i try to get in, the error code comes up

      thanks!!!!!

Try your mobile phone browser using 4g, quick and easy way to totally bypass Sky and see if they or your Home network is the problem.

As these are gaming sites they may be getting blocked by the Sky broadband shield, or if you are using something like OpenDNS then the parental shield will block them.
