on the first day of sky fibre my speeds were around the advertised speeds but since then they have stayed around the image above.
Are my network stats the cause of my problem? https://imgur.com/a/15QWnc6

Re: Is my network statistics normal?

      Hello ByroV
Have you checked your stats via the Sky Hub> Status link ? or tried rebooting your Hub
the SR102 Hub is extremely poor with WiFi even worse than the old SR101
I was issued one when I took out fibre unlimited Myself but a friend was issued two skyQ hubs
when he added Q to his package & passed One over to Me I added a Q Booster & My Wifi jumped
overnight So give Sky a ring explain the problem & see if you can cadge one for free + delivery
it's worth a shot first if not there are many available via a third party............eBay, Gumtree, Facebook marketplace etc

      Just a Thought...............
      Good Luck
