Sky Broadband keeps dropping every 10 seconds or so?

      Hello
I have normal sky broadband(not fibre) with the sr102 router. Today my broadband is dropping every 10 or so but sometimes lasts a couple of minutes or so since approx 9am. I have had sky broadband for the last 3 to 4 years with no problems. However, i did have this problem about 1 month ago on a sunday aswell(maybe coincindence). I am using firefox browser and when my connection drops it redirects to sky self heal which fixes the problem but then it just drops again. My sky router stats are:

Port status Txpkts Rxpkts Collision Pkts Tx b/s Rx b/s uptime

      Wan ppoa 452 316 0 128746 44128 00:00:17
      Lan up 15619 13886 3 663115 66629 00:01:23
      Wlan up 4564 3727b 0 3175 1346 00:01:03

      Broadband link Downstream Upstream

      Connection 8729kbps 555kbps
      line attenuation 43.0db 26.1db
      Noise margin 2.8db 6.6db

I tried using the online broadband checker but its says its unavailable but i think that is because my connection is dropping before the test ends.
Does anyone else have this problem? Any help would be appreciated.
      Thanks
      Ryan
Edit - I have contacted sky and there is a problem outside my property and sky is sending an engineer. Thanks
