      Yes, call T3 and get uncapped and put on ADSL2+ (your attenuation is easily low enough to support this).

      And please change your Skyuser profile. Your stats seem to indicate you're on Max not Mid.

      Your stats seem to indicate you're on Max not Mid.
      I have noticed this on a few stats that have been posted recently. I don't suppose it matters if you have a good download speed, but will it not reduce a poor download speed even further?

      you sure? if so, its another one where the tier 3/CST agent has bumped up the upload when it shouldn't been done....also, the line would easily got the 8Mbps when uncapped...
