Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.

It just requires your BT phone number.

I just tried that link and it gave the following output:
ADSL is not activated on this line and there are no open orders on the BT system.
Now that's just plain daft, 'cos I'm using the connection now. My migration to Sky Broadband shows up "twice" on BT's order checker - once as a LLU provision, and again as a cease for the IPStream connection that I'm on at the moment.

      Thanks Wheelie.

Our go live date is 27th Nov - keeping everything crossed here and hoping the router turns up next week.

If my order doesn't appear today, then would Sky know if the MAC code has been rejected or would it take a few more days?

Just a quick update as I started this thread. I have been connected today to MAX at 00.59 my due date. I was never able to view the "detail" of the order on the BT checker. I suspect that Sky use some kind of bulk order system.
      Will post my stats later.

Nothing on the checker today - might give Provisions a ring to just double check. Is there a direct number for them or is the 08705515515 and opt 6 way the most direct?
