      @sh500, if a Tier3 ticket has been on your account for more than 5days! then ATM you can ring tier1 quote BB1 and then hopefully they should put you through to Tier3!

      Even though tier1 dont know alot.. they have a right laugh with you on the phone!"

      Talking directly to Tier 3- that would be quite something!

      Like i said in one of the earlier posts, I think my call is with the provisioning department- this is outside of any of the tiers no? Just waiting for re-activation.
