      Wow, what a trip.

Supposed to be activated last thursday (23rd), couldnt connect at all. Foned up over and over, said that level 3 tech would fone me which they didnt do all week. Got very frustrated! Finally got thru to level 3 tech 2nite, he sed it was a "2min fix", sumthing to do with stale card connection, and voila, im on the net straight away! Took 11 days to do a 2min fix GRRRRR.

      Well im online now!

Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.

That 15.5 line attenuation is a bug in the router (apparently). Or at least if you're on the Max package if you line attenuation was really 15.5 you'd be a sync'ing a lot faster than 6784.

Ah ok, i saved my settings, reset the modem using the button on the back, and i had an attenuation of 46db, i then loaded my old settings, and it went back to 15.5db.

Getting about 5.5mb down and 0.6mb up says a speed test. I'm really pleased, thats more than twice my old speeds, plus no throttling of P2P! Super duper!

Great news, make sure you ring and tell plusnet you have left

0845 1400200 just in case they try billing you again.
