      Rang Sky this morning, using a ''false'' number.........actually got to speak to someone, he assured me that Sky will indeed supply a new line free of charge......Marvellous !!.....will be signing up later today.....thanks for the advice.......Del.

      O.k. Sky Broadband speed test shows download 15.6 Mbps......upload 1.3 Mbps........is this considered ''normal''.......Del.
