And with the 0800 number there's no real excuse, eh?

      Welcome to my world Jez.

I have exactly the same problem but have been trying to get Sky, Bt, Easynet and even Telent to do something about it for about a month. No-one wants to know, they all seem to be either ignoring me completely or forgetting as soon as they put the phone down.

Sky tier 1 say tier 2 or 3 will call back - they never do.
Sky tier 3 once rang to say it was fixed - it wasn't.
Sky tier 2 once rang to check it still wasn't working - probably to gloat.
Sky provisioning say we can't do anything (more like won't).

BT wholesale said we don't care, talk to sky.
BT line faults said the voice line works so we don't care.
BT complaints said it's not BT broadband so we don't care.
Easynet didn't reply to my e-mail IE we don't care.
Telent didn't reply to my e-mail IE we don't care.

There's a thread called My Experience where myself and Psycho are both on the same card in the same exchange - or should be, both of us appear to be still connected to our old systems.

Guy's call Customer Relations using the 0800 number, you may get a few quid back. ;-)
