      Have they really unbundled a million lines?

      With the problems I have, I can't help wondering if this is the real figure or the amount they say they've done. They said I was unbundled about a month ago but I'm becoming certain they actually did bugger all.

      The quote from the head of Cable & Wireless about BT Openreach failing to deliver the right levels of service isn't far wrong judging by some of the comment from various members on here.
