      Sky Broadband Unlimited Order Tracking

      Hello, I've ordered the Sky Broadband Unlimited package recently and I can't seem to find any tracking information on either the hub delivery, or the broadband activation date. I'm checking out the Sky Order Tracking page and the only item shown is the activation date and supposed visit of an engineer for the Sky Talk service.

      What's more concerning is that looking at the welcome package I received, no activation date is even listed for the broadband.

      Is this normal? There is little to no information in Sky's FAQs about issues like this, I don't want to be left without internet for longer than needed because of an error in their system.

      Hi Generalismo and welcome to the forum.

      The hub won't be dispatched until you get an activation date but for nothing to appear on order tracking??
      I suspect something has gone wrong with the Broadband order. It would be in your best interest to give them a call or contact using online chat.
