Chevy and I done this tonight. Now have my FTP server up and running again.
      1. Forward the FTP ports in the router to the desired PC
      2. Turn off Windows Firewall or any other software firewall (Norton, Mcafee etc....)
      3. Turn off Log on Annomously in IIS
      4. Setup a Windows account specifically for FTP with password
      5. Allow that account access to the FTP folder set in IIS.
      6. Signup to a dynamic name service as it makes it easier to find and put the name into the router settings. I use http://www.dyndns.org
