So, what is the official process of moving from Connect to Max?

It's been available in my area for over a month now, and i know of people who joined Sky and were immediately put on an LLU product.

      Phoning Sky isn't fun.

I have read posts from other members who have said they have called SkyBB and asked to be moved to the Max package once there exchanges were enabled.

So try calling them as I believe the default path is from Connect to Mid

in my case it would be easier to extract 1 of my kidneys with a blunt spoon than to get the monkies at sky to get my connection changed over my order has failed 3 times now with the exact same rejection reason from BT (migration key missing) and every time it has failed they have told me a different reason, from, you already have Max to the latest being i have a child lock on my line. it has now supposedly been passed to the SRT department for them to sort, not going to hold my breath. I suppose i should be happy my connection is working.

Sorry to see thats Plusnet suck

I ment to say was if its an internal move from ISPStream to LLU then SkyBB would generate there own MAC's so it would be there fault if they never sent the Codes to BT

Ignor the rubbish below. I am cracking up

Thats total rubbish since there is no migration path from the Connect to Max package via the MAC as of yet.

If there is no migration path then how do people who migrate into the base/mid/max package from Bt ipstream go on? as i thought the connect package was BT ipstream. what else could it be? apart from Sky been useless
