Sky have now placed my regrade manually dont know if its due to me bugging them on the phone or if i just got a decent bloke to talk to but he reckons it will be done within 3 weeks. fingers,toes and legs crossed that it all goes smoothly

Well my cease order appeared on BT tracker with today's date as completion. Thing is I'm still on - though I take it not for long ....
It says under ITEM: "ADMIN CALL DIVERT- REPAIR USE ". Anyone tell me what that means exactly?

Can someone here help me figure out what to expect next. I'm reluctant to phone Sky in case they mess up again. From when I got the letter "there appears to be a problem with your account" on Oct 26 it took until Nov 21 for the Cease order to appear on the BT Order Tracker and it says it was completed on that date. That was 3 days ago now and I am still connected.
Anyone know what hapens next?

4 days now and still on. Anyone at all know what might be happening here? Once BT have completed the cease is it then up to Sky to say when it actually happens?

No, I think, and stand to be corrected that once BT cease you, you are dosconnected from the Sky LLU and so should not have a connection.

Well, now 31 days and counting since the cease was ordered and 5 days since it was completed and I still have full connection. This is very weird.
I am reluctant to phone Sky since they clearly don't know what they're doing in this area. Best advice would seem to be to sit tight.
