Finally got them to admit they were not sure what they are doing as they told me to ring customer services who would know the procedure rang them to be told they had had a memo yesterday saying they were NOT to manually regrade anyone as the customer would recieve notification as soon as possible about the regrade and would be automatically put on the mid package and would then have 30 days to change to either base or max. So the wait begins for me

      What a joke!

No wonder we're all sat around waiting for it to happen if thats what they are doing, I wish they had told me that in the first place. It's good we have this site... can't rely on Sky for much information.

I've been waiting for about 6 weeks now.... countless phonecalls to a 0870 number to try and find out what's happening, hanging on for 30 minutes each time for them to mess things up and give me duff information, what a waste of money!

What really annoys me is I'm paying 17 a month to be on the BT maxdsl when I've been in a Sky area since I was connected.

Why did they let me order connect when they must have known at the time, when my exchange was to be enabled. I can't understand what the big delay is.

Come on Sky... do what you promised and get us regraded!

It's now been 2 weeks since my exchange had Sky Kit activated in it and still no email notification from Sky advising of the promised switch to Mid Package.

Based on info on this great site I felt I shouldn't waste my time on the phone to check on this.

It would seem to me they don't have any system in place to handle this change especially from what they have doing to you guys.

Let us hope we get notifications soon, how hard can it be!

So did they tell you the cease order would still go ahead?
