      Does anyone know how to config the router?

      Reading thru some of the threads I can see I am not the only one with issues! hope someone can help!
      I have had my line activated but have not received the router...so therefore lost connection with my last isp and now have no access!
      Did not think this would be a problem as I already have a router, but the Sky tech team will not give me the sign on details to put in my router...'I have to use the Sky router...'
      so does anyone know what I have to add to my given user name x_xxxxx to access the network. My last isp was for example, x_xxxx_home@dslconnect@homecall.co.uk
      I have the password.

      Hey TeamRidley

      Unfort due to the way they authenticate you to the sky service you can not use any other equipement to connect to the sky service you have to use there router, well that initially after you have received it there is a trick you can use to get that detail (username and password etc) but this is not the place to go into that.

      Keep chasing the router with sky! i had too and spent about 5 days with out the internet, it seems like a lot of users have had this issue... so your not alone. Keep ringing them... daily, several times a day and they will get it out too you.

      You will break the T&C's of your contract by not using the Sky router!

      DO NOT discuss this here!

      Use the tech forum. There maybe some helpful people who have a similar problem there.
