      Hi Attic,

I'm in a similar situation, although my line hasn't even been activated: Tech Support can't do anything, Provisioning don't do anything.

With the exception of the occassional 'diamond in the rough' at TS, the only really helpful person has been the customer services representative who processed my request for an LLU MAC Code at the weekend. As soon as that arrives, I'm off back to Zen, and I'd seriously recommend that anyone with a failed or significantly delayed migration do likewise!

      Same boat.

Line's connected to something but not Sky. Provisioning won't tell BT to re-do the provide without doing a cease first.

      Hoagie:

I'm at the same exchange as you mate. Gedling just opposite the army base near tesco. I'm wondering whether the exchange is actually broken or not.
