Check with home moves whether there would be a charge to transfer the service to a new address.

I doubt it. The speed guarantee can only be invoked during the first three months of the contract.
If your actual Access Line Speed is significantly below your Guaranteed Minimum Access Line Speed estimate provided, and if the steps we recommend cannot resolve the problem, you can leave your contract without penalty within 3 months of your broadband activation in accordance with Ofcom’s Voluntary Code of Practice on Broadband Speeds.

My thoughts are that if you have to pay for the service you might as well use it (even if an existing broadband service is available) and if perchance Sky were unable to provide a service for you at the new address that would be good leverage for getting the contract cancelled without penalty.

Would you be wanting Sky TV in your room?

The teams at Sky that seawright mentioned in his first response is the best place to get an answer on this.

Be nice and honest with them (i.e. let them know that you've had to move out earlier than you had intended and why).

Sky Fibre Unlimited Pro: Connected at 80,000 kbps / 20,000 kbps
Previous ADSL2+ Speed 19999 kbps 1153 kbps, Line Attenuation 17.5 db 6.9 db, Noise Margin 7.5 dB 8.7 dB
      Speedtest: 17.15MB/s 0.97Mb/s Ping 31 ms
