Unknown IP addresses attached to my IP address. What does this mean?

On my Sky Hub webpage, on the security tab, I refreshed the security log and got the text pasted below. What does this mean? Does it show my router being connected to some sort of unwanted network? If so, how do I get rid of it? The following is just one of 75 different lines in the log report.

Its probably nothing to worry about but you could make sure Respond to Ping on WAN is unticked then reboot your router. Hopefully you will get a new IP address which should stop this particular intrusion.
