      Which Package ?

      Hi,

Anyone know how I can tell which package SKY have given me without ringing Tech Support. I was told that I could only have Base because of my line test, which I agreed to.

Looking at my router statistics it looks like I am on something else. My BT change order says they have provided BT IPSTREAM MAX.

      LAN 10M/100M 19714 15096 0 9529 1259 00:43:13
      WLAN 11M/54M 0 0 0 0 0 00:00:00

Connection Speed 7456 kbps 448 kbps
Line Attenuation 37.0 db 24.0 db
Noise Margin 5.6 db 22.0 db

      Anyone got any ideas please.

      Thanks

      Steve

Only been on since 01/11/2006 and no payments have been taken as yet. The person who I registered with told me it would be free as I could only get Base so I just expected the base package but was ungaooy about the low download cap on Base.

      Thanks FiberOptic...

I will just wait and see what they take on my next payment date at the end of the month.

If I ring the support people they will start playing around and I might loose the stable I have at the moment.

sounds like mid package but on adsl1 as your line might be coping with 2, just wait for the bill it might be boogerd and on connect
