    BB line check unsupported / mysky account.

      BB line check unsupported / mysky account.

      I see this message when checking my line speed, i used to be able to see what its set too and any recent line checks, like the 10 day testing they have done in the past, think it was called a DLM test.
      His name was nut, Mr P Nut.

      Sky did alter the page where you could see the last DLM result approximately 1 month ago.

      For me it's 'mysky' > 'check my broadband' & it now only shows the original estimate given at sign-up.
      What route / url are you using to see the 'line check unsupported' message?

      Yes that's the page.
      I don't get any messages regarding line checks though.

      Do you suspect that DLM is training your line?

      Thanks for the reply.

      I just wanted to see when the last DLM test was done, because i have now lower speeds than last year, only on 4mb anyway before, but now i would guess around 2.5/3 mb, we have quite a long line anyway, but just wanted too see what its set too like i could in the past. Nevermind at least its stable.
