@Spoony, Im having the same problem! Now mine has been capped at 8mb?

But 8mb for 10 still seams reasonable?

Also what are your line stats? As if Sky Cap it, Thats what they use to determine the cap speed?

Line Attenuation Down 38.0 db Up 21.1 db
Noise Margin Down 7.1 db Up 12.2 db

Latency issues seem to be getting worse each time it's be cut down, latency in wow used to be 120ms now 260ms
Counter Strike Favorite Servers used to ping sub 50ms now around 60-80ms
and keep getting disconnected from a ventrillo server quite frequently also
and battlefield 2142 just kicks me from games due to lost connection like every 30min or so

noise on downsteam of betweek 5-7.5 db is cut of territory and usualy has a flakey connection, hence why its probably capped at 8mb
