Once again I have had to ring for my password my 9th time, but only recieving four of the requested ones. However did find out some info (if its true). Skybb tech support told me that they are being told that the problem they've had with issuing passwords will be resolved from 14th Nov and that you should re-order then.

Whats another 2-3 weeks of waiting after you've waited for over 3 months already.
