If you cannot access the router log on page, there is something not right

How are you connected? Wired or wireless?

Could I just remind people who have not added their package to their profile, ie Max Base, Mid or Connect, this does help to recognise problems on different packages quicker. If you have not already done so could you click on your control panel and then change in your profile.

Are you being prompted for a password?

as i just went to the page, pressed cancel at the password screen, and got the message you stated.

Nope, whenever I put 192.168.0.1 in the address bar it automatically comes up the authentication failed message without prompting for the password.

Well ive just been on to TS again (1st tier) and as far as they know there are no problems with the network They were unable to put me through to anyone who may have a clue or dare i say care about this huge problem that does not exist for us on the connect package.

having serious doubts about transfering to Max and looking at cancelling the whole lot including TV and going with cable.

I have just managed to get looged onto my online banking for the first time in a few days, now I have no idea if I was able to do so because the fault has been fixed or because it is early morning when things are usually a bit quicket put the pages certainley loaded up quite quickly for me.

      Thanks - I will try mine too…

Edit: Well, my internet banking is working! Am I expecting too much here and finally trusting my connection?

Trying Skype now… Yep - it's letting me sign in!

Still cancelling with Sky though - but at least I might have my connection up until I get my MAC code!
