Simply call Sky and they should be able to arrange the rest.
      Ok yes.
Does it seem right the way i have put the procedure about notice period.

I'm not sure how BT will handle things. Ultimately the best thing to do would be to contact Sky and arrange the transfer from there.

What refunds you'll get from BT I can't say. You should get something back though as their charges for line rental and other services are always in advance.

Seriously, call full account cancellations if you aren't getting a deal to switch your line rental. I promise I would definitely find a 12mhp line rental offer quickly if it's on your account.
Worst case scenario they will give you 10m 9.99 line rental for the first 12 months.

Still under contract for a few months yet on TV and BB , so no option to cancel.

Changed something this summer which meant another 12 month contract.
