      How does the process of moving from connect to Mid/Max work?

      In theary Sky should contact you telling you that you can now switch over to your chosen product, however on reading on here it doesn't seem to happen. Perhaps give them a call on the free phone number.

      I just got an update from Samknows.com alerting me to the fact my exchange was unbundled to Easynet today, does that mean I can transfer off Connect and onto Mid?

      I thought Sky would do this automatically, do I need to do anything?

      I've got a feeling i've been moved over to easynet now, due to me seeing DSN errors that i've yet to experience, and a new IP address for the first time.

      Is there any test i can do to confirm this?

      How do we know if we are transferred over or not, is there any easy way to tell.
