      Support and advice needed

      Finally, I have Sky broadband

Everything came on 4 days earlier than quoted. I haven't installed Sky software - should I ? Not intending to install anti-virus so would there be any other advantage to do so ?? Increase in speed?

Initial speed somewhere about 3335kps, which considering length of my line and being stuck at 1 mb for ages seems fair to me. The downstream noise margin 6.01 Upstream 13.0

      Line Atten. down = 63.0db and 31.5 = upstream

      Do these seem ok

Use Apple mac and sarfari browser.

      Comments welcome please

There is no real reason of using that Sky CD Unless you wish to install McAfee Virex!

Also 3335kbps Seems Fine for an attenuation of 63.0db
