GunForHire - not sure this will work (it has worked for others but not sure yours is the same problem), introduce some noise to your line, to do this take the filter off another phone socket (if you have other sockets with filters) or put your sky box plugged in firsy then your filter, the point is to resync your router with eaxtra noise, leave for about half ann hour, then put all back properly and reboot again to see if your profile has been kicked back to normal.
again not sure if this is right for your problem, but would not hurt to try
P.S sky work over the weekends so you could call today if the above does nothing
