      Dropouts on SRO1 router

      Last Thursday i noticed my router was dropping for no reason, just browsing no downloading. Phoned sky up and said this has happened before.The adviser said okay somebody from broadband tech team will phone you back within 72 hours. No call back it even drops when I'm away from the PC because a message comes up additional login information may needed on the taskbar but every time it goes through the cycle and resets itself

      sounds like somehing is wrong some where best bet is ring them up again and get them to test your line etc.

      Done that first time rung me back on my mobile and went through the line test

      Found the problem i hope damaged wire in the faceplate extension just touched it to check connection and it broke remade ends and reconnected all seems fine now
