      Exclamation Activated......but....

All well and good with the activation front, went ahead today as promised by Sky. BUT.

Here's my stats (pretty good I think)

      ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 12001 kbps 764 kbps
Line Attenuation 34.0 db 17.4 db
Noise Margin 7.1 db 12.5 db

My download speeds are shocking though - not getting anything more than 60k. Does the line take time to settle like ADSLmax or should I be contacting Sky? Before you ask, I'm using a filtered faceplate which was installed just 2 weeks ago by a BT engineer and drastically improved my line when I was with Plusnet.

      Any ideas?

You should be getting decent speeds with those stats, certainly much more than 60k!
The only thing I can suggest is to run tcp optimiser, it seems to sort out speeds for some people.
You should get top speeds straight away with the LLU max package, it doesn't need to train the line like adslmax.
