      What does this mean from BT?

      When BT changed my line from being listed (incorrectly) with them from 'hardwired' to 'plug & socket', this is how the order is described:

      CEASE BTT 1 MPP E/L HARDWIRED
      PROVIDE BTT 1 MPP E/L ON LINEBOX

      Can anyone tell me what the 'BTT 1 MPP E/L' stands for? Since they've done this, my anticipated line speed has been changed from 3-4 Meg to .5-1 Meg...

      So..... MPP stands for Monthly Payment Plan....

      Any suggestions on the other bits?
