Ah well looking out the window at all that rain you could always go and ding a bit of water-skiing while you wait.

sky are starting to tire me out now.

      phoned up this evening,
they claim i requested to cancel the service. (i didnt)
tried to tell them i hadnt requested to be cancelled but it was already on the system.
i had phoned up this morning and there was no mention of this, also i spoke to a lady who said that i should have been called by tier3 as it had been 48 hours.
on the phone this evening, the person told me that tickets expire after 24 hours. (had my ticket number)
well if tickets expires after 24 hours what good is that if tier3 always take more than 24 hours to phone back?
tried to get that point and the point that i was on the phone in the morning across, when i was told different things about their ticket system.

to sum it up, im still waiting for a call from tier 3, will phone them again tomorrow if they havnt called me by 7pm tomorrow.

      its a real nightmare now.

so, a little update, nothing new.

still waiting for a call from tier 3. (5 days now)
phoned sky nearly every day, but where is my call back.
phoned them a little early today, but what difference is 10 mins in 24 hours going to make.
nice person on the phone, but no help, there was no one i could speak to, and nothing they could do, all they could do was tell me to wait for tier 3 to phone me, which it seems like is going to be never.
i was told 24-48 hours. well its been way over the top estimate.

      5 days and counting...

i want to scream, so i will here, rather than on the phone to sky.

      ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!..

      thats better...

just to add spoke to a supervisor after.
told me i was placed in the back of the queue for callbacks beacuse i had recieved another ticket number!
told me i might get a call upto 9pm today (i dont think so)
or tomorrow (i certainly hope so)

i definatly think its a problem that bt have caused at the exchange, but sky are the only people i cant contact about this which makes everything so frustrating.
