      they wouldnt do anything to help when i phoned when its obvious there is a problem now.

      they said to wait till midnight when i tried to make it clear that i had already been cut off but was not getting synched.

      not exactly happy, will be in contact again tomorrow.

      connection still down,

      its going to be a nightmare on the phone now.

      Damn really sorry mate.

      Is the order showing complete on the BT checker ? if so call TS they are not busy I was just talking to them and they should get it working, I bet BT have completed it but not informed SkyBB

      t1 tech support got through in 2 rings, very friendly girl i spoke to, and cant fault customer service, but they havnt got much tech knowledge.
      i was even told which dslam port and card im connected to.
      seems to be no problem at sky, the exchange, or at my end!
      so where is the problem...


      on hold to t3 now.

      going to have to wait for a call back from tier3

      hopefully they call back today.

      i dont know if there was a direct number, i was on hold because other tech support couldnt help.

      i do have a tickit number if thats what you were asking.

      I thought you had a direct number. Do I have to call CS, then ask for tier 3 support.

      I can't face another 30 mins in the CS queue
