Problems accessing Natwest, Nationwide & other websites

I'm connected to Sky Max on the Richmond exchange (Surrey). I've been having problems all day with following websites:
      - Natwest online banking
      - Nationwide online banking
      - LX Direct.

I get frequent timeouts, and can't check out at LX Direct. Tracert shows a timeout after the 8th or 9th hop (a BT node in Ilford)

When I disconnect Sky and connect using my Zen Internet connection everything is fine. I've emailed Sky support but I expect it'll be a while before I get a reply. Has anyone else noticed anything similar?

I can connect to all of these sites but experience extreme delays. In the case of Nationwide I get repeated timeouts whenever I click the "sign in" link. Have you actually managed to sign in?

      @ Gurner

It might be to do with the problems that have been mentioned in this thread. If you read through the thread apparently Sky are aware of the problems and fingers crossed everything should be fixed come Monday.

When you can not access any sites after 5-10 minutes in my experience everything springs back into life. So until Sky fix it we are stuck with this more a day or two which is annoying but at least I am happy in the knowledge that I am not the only one seeing this problem as I was starting to get to the hair pulling out stage
