      Frequent disconnections/Router freezing

Hello again, I'm back, and with some more Sky BB problems...

My connection seems to be cutting out a lot, and my router is freezing (when I try to access it through it's web interface I get a time-out error). Is this a widespread issue, and what can I do to fix it?

I've tried the usual connecting/reconnecting cables, replacing the filters, but nothing seems to be working.

Thanks in advance for the help!

that could mean it is a faulty router and you need to contact tech support to check to see if it has died or another problem

Hmm, I might do that on Monday then, unless anyone else has any other ideas. I take it that it still isn't possible to get the username and password out of the router so I could use one of my own?

you need to look in the tech forum for that, AT YOUR OWN RISK

BUT if you do use your own router then tech wont be able to test the router
