    Sky broadband catch up

      Sky broadband catch up

      I have a problem with on demand my system has been working fine until today when I attempted to go to catch up. all that shows is on the selection is SHOWCASE.

      Sky broadband catch up

      Either reboot your HD box at the mains or do a planner rebuild.

      To do this press services, type 001 and then press select, scroll along to sky+ rebuild and then press the select button twice. The box will say housekeeping and then jump to steady so when this happens leave it a few more minutes and then switch on as normal.

      Just make sure when you dou this you are not recording or no recordings are about to,start as these will be interrupted.

      Hi Hedgehog, Great news we are back in action and did not have to wait on the phone to SKY for hours and hooouuurrrs to fix the problem.
