      On Connect or Mid?

      Hey,

I know some people are on connect and mid, and if you are having problems, call up sky and see if they have you on ADSL2+ if they do you probably shouldnt be.

I was switched over to ADSL yesterday (tier 3 did it, took them a month to call me) and no problems whatsoever and im getting my lines maximum speed possible.

1 question to those on connect: Did you choose connect or can you not get mid? Just its way more expensive and no difference except a slightly quicker upload.

The Connect package is for those people who can not get the Mid or Max products as their exchanges are not yet Sky enabled. I am one of those people.

I never had any problems with them in all the years I was with them, it is just the price I object to paying. If they had lowed their prices somewhat then I might have stayed with them as their service was that good.

Heh ive already had compensation however all it did was reinburse me for what they overcharged and repaid the massive phone bill from all the hundreds of calls to them. So im no better off.
