To save yourselves alot of hassle, Just cancel with your previous ISP - Full-Stop then order with Sky

well they will take Plusnet MAC code providing you are on IPstream and not on their LLU network. Only problem you face is trying to get anything out of plusnet. their customer service is terrible, i know people say Sky's is not any good, but at least you can ring sky up and speak to a person, with plus net you play a numbers game by pressing all the options possible and then they hang up on you

      Update on my status:
I have recived my router after 2 days of me placing the order. got my letter with the activation date (2/11/06). But i've just done a bordband check on BT's webiste and says i've got a incombatable product, so i think sky have hooked me on in advance will find out when i get home!
