No problem at all. Unlimited really is unlimited. 1.8gb is quite small compared to many downloads today. What is your connection speed?

      Thanks moleman.

I only have a connection of 4mbps, quite a long way from the exchange, attention 55db down.

The only "limits" with any of Sky's Unlimited broadband products are:

      • How much you can actually download on your connection
      • How much storage space you have

Someone with a 20mb connection can download faster than someone on a 6mb connection.

Whilst you might be able to download 50GB in a day, if your hard drives are pretty full, where are you going to put it all?

There are some members who have downloaded volumes as much as 5TB in a month and they have not been penalised for their activity.

Likewise, the uploads are also unlimited. Provided that you have somewhere to send it to, you can upload as much as you like.

Sky Fibre Unlimited Pro: Connected at 80,000 kbps / 20,000 kbps
Previous ADSL2+ Speed 19999 kbps 1153 kbps, Line Attenuation 17.5 db 6.9 db, Noise Margin 7.5 dB 8.7 dB
      Speedtest: 17.15MB/s 0.97Mb/s Ping 31 ms

So i think i can say i would be classed as very frugal with my downloading compared to others lol.

      Trust me, yep

It can be surprising just how easy it can be to download large files these days.
