Post How do they connect sky broadband

Hi im at last getting sky+ installed on 3rd november. after 3 months of trying to get permission from my council for them to install it, they need to bring another cable from the COMMUNAL DISH thats why. but now the end is near.
I want sky broadband and phoned sky to find out whether i could order it now ready for friday the 3rd but when i mentioned the communal dish they said that they didnt deal with the broadband connection if its communal and gave me a number for the communal dish department to phone to find out about it, i havnt phoned them yet.
I was just wondering how they connect the broadband surely they can just run it straight from the sky+ reciever or isnt this the case?:

I think there is a bit of confusion here....
Sky broadband comes through your BT phone line and is totally seperate from the satellite TV side of things.

For the Sky+ they will need to run a new cable to your box from the dish.
For the broadband, no extra wires required.

Yeah, They make sure that SkyTV has been enabled first! They dont even consider placing a holding-order (saves time later)!
