      Exchange Unbundled - What's next?

      I took the Connect package 3 weeks ago and now discover my exchange was unbundled 4 days ago!

      Anyone know what the procedure is for me to get onto the Max package? Is the tranfer automatic or do I have to do something? Presumably my billing will be adjusted accordingly though I guess I have to kiss goodbye the 40 connection fee.

      Apologies for a kind of double post - thought my other post was in a different section.

      knowing Sky they wont refund you, but ask you never know?

      So do I just sit and wait for Sky to switch me? How will I tell the difference? Will speed be greater? I notice I am already on "up to 8" - my line under Connect has settled sdown to around 3.5. Will it be quicker on the Max package or just cheaper?
