      Sky Broadband Speed

      Hi, I'm very disappointed with my current broadband speed. Could you please evaluate this log and tell me if what i am receiving is what i should expect...thank you...

      It looks like there is a lot of noise on your line preventing it from performing properly. Plug into the Test socket using only the ADSL cable and filter supplied by Sky and post your stats from there.
      How to test your ADSL in the Master Test Socket

      While the Test socket is exposed, check that any other sockets you may have are without dial tone, then plug a corded phone into the test socket and do a quiet line test. Quickest way to do this is to dial one digit and listen. There should be no noise except possibly a very faint hiss.
