As said above by theg33k,you can get the dongle from Sky for 20 quid.Be warned however that IF you do have a Non-Sky wireless adaptor, including wireless cards in laptops, they are NOT SUPPORTED by Sky.If you are having problems connecting, you have to contact the maker of the card/PC,Not Sky.

you do realise were losing money on these dongles and we sell them so we can support you not to make money.

our router is wpa and so is our dongle, if you dont have it we will guide you through setting up the router to wep give you the key and your own your own from there.

And you are?? @ theg33k! I understand the issue, With the not-so helpful tech-support only being able to help/diagnose problems with their supported dongles!

Could you imagine if they had to support every single random dongle and pci wifi card out there and router and so on, it would be even worse, the whole point is they know the equiptment inside out then it should make fixing it quicker, hence the reason sky want you to use there router and there dongle and if you dont they will offer only passive advice.

I dont know if you where joking (if you where I appoligise) but sky are not selling these dongles for profit.

And if you where asking who I am, I can happily pm you my details.

      Hi theg33k
The Sky supplied dongle sounds to me like a good deal all round. Is there an easier way to order one than to navigate through the call center options?
