First try rebooting your router. Your noise margin is high so it is possible at one time there was noise on your line which caused the speed to drop. The noise appears to have gone so a reboot may get you back where you were.

It looks like you are getting noise spikes on your line during the night. Try running Routerstats Lite for a few nights and see how the noise is behaving.

If you reboot your router with the high noise margin you will probably find your speed goes back up. It will probably go back down during the night.
