Question 12 month contract coming to an end

So my 12 month contract has come to an end, I believe it was last month. Now I have served my minimum term what does it mean for me? I am on a rolling contract now? Meaning I can cancel whenever I please with no extra charges or did they renew me to a 12 month contract again? The area I live is not supported by BT for fibre connections but I can get on the Digital Region and I am thinking about jumping ship.

So now my 12 months is up can I cancel without any extra charges?

Yes, you are now on a rolling monthly contract and can cancel at any time (giving 30 days notice of course).

Sorry to be pedantic, but it's 31 days notice.
You wouldn't believe how many people get upset over a day!
