      Phone and broadband dropping out

Hi all, new member here to be nice.

Currently having issues where my phone and broadband are dropping out.
I have tired removing the master socket and using the test socket as requested to by sky and it's still the same.

      Tried 2 phones etc.
both the line voltage and dial tone drop out intermittently.
Been with sky for about 4 years and in current property around 6 months and it's been fine up until recently.

Theres a Bt engineer booked for Saturday to have a look.
Sky can't find any faults -which seems strange.

Anyone else had issues like this?

Im tempted to leave sky and go direct with Bt in the hope of having a better service even tho they are twice the price.
