    Support section on SKY website location?

      Support section on SKY website location?

      Ive had 2 text messages from SKY telling me to log into the website as there has been an update to my help request but can i buggery find a link!!

      they said to go to https://myhelprequests.sky.com but it takes me to the regular sky login page, even after loging in and trying the link again its still the same.

      Any ideas.

      If you log into your MySky page and scroll down you should see this

      My Help Requests lets you log an issue and track all of your contacts with us until we've solved
      your problem. We'll even send you an SMS to let you know when we have an update for you.

      I'm afraid that isnt thare on my screen. did you copy and paste that from your my sky page?

      when i click https://myhelprequests.sky.com/open it just takes me to My Sky.

      This is what i see when i log in and scroll down.

      Looks like there is something wrong with your page. Immediately below the View your bill link is "Need help with a problem" then the part I copied. My page looks like this -

      Thanks for thy info, I'm at work at the moment and tried here as well and it's the same on windows xp with explorer 8.

      I guess SKY must have removed it from my personal page, perhaps as I'm phone + broadband only ?

      I don't think what you have should make any difference as long as you have an active account with Sky. For instance the only recent request I have made concerned my phone and it is answered thus -

      Not sure what it could be then, I've tried 3 Internet providers, 2 browsers (Firefox and IE) and 2 operating systems.

      I don't think I am to blame. I shall have to call them I suppose. Which I hate because I'd you deviate from their script they don't know what to do :-(

      Its also missing off my friends screen as well, must be a website issue :-) reported it as a fault on the phone.

      Hi

      The my help request is not available to all customers at the moment on sky.com so if you are sent a text advising to check for an update and you don't have a my help request section then the text has been sent by mistake.

      Support section on SKY website location?

      I do have an open call with them and the text is the 8th I've had over the last 14 days.

      Shouldn't they know I can't access it when I called? They said they are escalating it.
