      Sky Account reports wrong speed

      HI
      Just had a peek at my Sky account and it shows DLM completed 01/10/13 with a download speed of 4.1Mb,however actual connection is 21Mb anyone else noticed this?

      Actual download is fine just commenting on Account speed .

      I've been off DLM for weeks but the site still says I'm still undergoing testing!

      I would contact them if I were you. If you have a big problem with your line and your speed drops drastically they could point to this and say nothing is wrong.
